Downtime reports collected through a form arrive very wide: one column per possible answer, with a single cell filled per response. This tool flattens that shape into one row per downtime event — date, segment, production line, loss category, detailed reason, duration, operators affected and lost hours — then charts it. Lost hours are the workbook's own measure: duration in minutes × operators affected ÷ 60.
Excel workbooks (.xlsx), CSV/TSV exports, and JSON files previously downloaded from this page. Columns are matched by name rather than position, so a reordered report still loads, and any column the dashboard does not use is listed under the data bar instead of being dropped silently. Legacy .xls workbooks need to be re-saved as .xlsx first.
Use Upload new data whenever the report changes — the filters, charts, KPI tiles, record table and every download are rebuilt from the new file immediately. The most recent upload is kept in your browser's local storage so the dashboard is still populated when you come back; Clear removes it.
Signing in unlocks seven formats. SVG, PNG and PDF capture the whole board as you have filtered it; the HTML report is a single self-contained file that pairs that board with a searchable, sortable record table, so it opens offline from an email attachment. Excel and CSV give you the flattened records for your own pivots, and JSON can be uploaded back here later to restore the view.
Nowhere. The workbook is unpacked, parsed, charted and re-packaged entirely in your browser — there is no upload step and no server-side copy. That matters for shop-floor reports, which routinely carry part numbers and supplier names in the remarks column.
